Trick-or-Treat Banana Pops

Trick-or-Treat Banana Pops recipe
I made these for work and everyone loved them. DO NOT roll in sprinkles. It really messes up the chocolate. What I did after the first mess up, was just sprinkled them on more

Controlling the amount of chocolate when dipping is not easy but once you get the hang of it - it's pretty fun. So plan on losing a couple for practicing. I made these for my son's daycare class .. somewhat healthy snack :)
They were good but you must eat them the first day you make them otherwise the banana's turn brown and mushy.
Since I needed these for a birthday party, I made them before hand using the advise from a posted comment. Everyone loved them, but refreezing them cracks the chocolate which does not take from the taste only appearance and I left many of the bananas plain since 'rolling' the sprinkles on doesn't really work. Basically the chocolate hardens on the frozen banana in less than a minute and is easy enough and tasty enough to do while smaller kids wait for the treat. Knowing this now that I've made them, I will absolutely make them again.
These are much better after you freeze them a second time with the chocolate on them. Right after you dip them and they dry, the chocolate breaks off in big chunks and is messy. After coating in chocolate, be sure to put them back in the freezer for a while to eliminate that problem.
it was okay, but i didn't care for it.
