Crowd-Pleasing Creamy Casserole recipe

What makes this creamy casserole crowd pleasing? We think it has something to do with the ham, broccoli and cheddar. Probably the crouton topping, too.

My husband and I loved this. I used fresh broccoli instead of frozen, and it got a little burnt. This is a great way to use left over ham.

Very tasty! Went very well at church luncheon. I love the ham in it but I think I might try it with chicken next time instead.

A great dish for my Ladies Brunch at church! They all wanted the recipe! Easy to prepare and goes well with other veggie combos!

I used this recipe for a breakfast at the school where I work. Everyone said it was the best. Many took seconds.

Use rosemary as an alternate herb and use real "hard" type robust croutons.

Not all that appealing. My two year old wouldn't even eat it and she loves broccoli and ham and croutons. My husband and I ate it but the leftovers went in the garbage,

A friend made this for me while I was ill. I gave the empty pan back to her with a request for either more or the recipe!

I made this for a spa-party brunch. We got carried away with the spa part, and I slightly burned it. Everyone raved about how great it tasted anyway and I figured they were just being nice. They were right, even mildly burnt it was delicious! I subbed some potatoes for some of the other stuff.
