I've been making this potato salad for years. I love the bacon and green onions. This is a summer staple at my house. Love this!

I served this to my family over the 4th of July and everyone loved it. I loved how easy it was to make. I also tried switched out the potatoes for pasta, for a bacon-ranch pasta salad. That was very good also.

Best potato salad I ever made! Usually mine is mushy but using the red potatoes did the trick. Only changes I made was to use Kraft mayo instead of Miracle Whip and I added two hard cooked eggs. Wonderful flavors in this recipe!

I made this potato salad for a Memorial Day get together and everyone raved about it. Instead of small red potatoes quartered, I bought a 5# bag of regular sized red potatoes and cut them into the same size chunks. That was a little more economical where I live. I left the red pepper in and it added a fresh, delightfully different crunch to the salad. I had to pass out recipes to my guests before they left the party. Thanks for a great tasting salad.
