This is a fabulous tasting potato salad. The bacon and green onion with the ranch sauce is just delicious. So easy too. Thanks!

I made this recipe for Mothers Day and it was a hit. It had a nice flavor and a good change from regular potato salad. I was surprised at how creamy it actually was. At first I didn't think the dressing would cover all those potatoes. I left out the pepper strips.

This is really good! I used Oscar Meyer Turkey Bacon and Miracle Whip Light Dressing. I left out the red pepper ... but this tastes just like a loaded baked potato! My boyfriend was skeptical, he said "Can we just make regular potato salad?" But he changed as mind as soon as he ate it. YUM!

wonderful, made this for mother's day and everyone including my mom LOVED IT! easy and able to make the day before. everyone should try, taste like a loaded potato

This is an excelent potato salad. Took it to a cookout and everyone loved it. I doubled the recipe and used a pound of bacon. I will most definatley make again.

Loved it!!Not a fan of Miracle Whip prefer Mayo but this was Fantastic. I had to leave out the celery because of an allergy so I added some chopped hard boiled eggs and some chopped up dill pickles. My husband went crazy for it. Will make again and again.

My family loved this recipe. I have shared this with everyone and will take it to our church potluck dinner. Delicious All of the flavors blend without any one flavor overpowering the other. Wonderful

This is so easy to prepare and my family finished every bit of it. I grilled the bacon lightly till crispy and fragrant and I used the bacon oil released from the grilling and add into my salad.... this is so yummy and its going to be a frequently prepare family salad.
