I made this for a family BBQ and it was delicious. I added a little extra ranch and bacon. It tastes best if you let it set for 30 min or so. I will make it again! Everyone said how yummy it was and had seconds, so did I : )

It was very good. I added a spoonful of sour cream and extra bacon and it tasted great.

I used more ranch dressing then what the recipe called for ( i love ranch dressing) and it was fabulous- I made it for a family BBQ and everyone loved it. Something different than the usual potato salad.

I substituted a few things because I didn't have them in the house...used regular mayonaise instead of Miracle Whip & I used Lite Ranch dressing, & it came out great. I will make this again very soon. My husband loved it!
