I used 12 ozs of Carnation's Evaporated milk and 2 cups of lowfat milk. I also added more cinnamon. It was very good and so much easier than my recipe which calls for uncooked rice.

We love rice pudding, and I have tried many different recipes. This is by far the best! Very creamy, not too sweet, and has a great flavor. My kids aren't very fond of raisins mixed in foods, so I diced 3 small fresh peaches and it was EXCELLENT! This is the easiest recipe....much quicker than baking.

Had some leftover coconut rice I wanted to use up. Added one more egg and a little less milk. It was very creamy and had the best flavor of any rice pudding I have made. Will make this my standard rice pudding recipe!

I use to eat this as a little girl. My mom made it homemade. I never knew how. I tried this and it taste's just like Mom's. Awesome!!

I loved this! Reminded me of grandma's recipe that she made each winter. I am sooo not into raisins, & used roasted slivered almonds instead. Really really yummy!
