Italian-Style Red Pepper Dip

Jarred roasted red peppers make this dip a cinch to prepare. Just blend in a blender with sour cream, fat free cream cheese, garlic and herbs.

This recipe was such a hit at a dinner party that I hosted, that I am being asked to make it for my twin niece and nephew's birthday party.

This dip has a great taste. It has a mild southwestern taste that can be used with a variety of foods. I used a little bit more cream cheese than the recipe called for and liked it very much. I don't have a food processor so I chopped the roasted red pepper and used my hand mixer to blend the ingredients.
