at first I thought this was going to be nothing special but everyone loved it! all in all a easy way to make people think you are a great cook lol

This was very quick and easy. My family loved it! I used the mexican velveeta, added corn, whole wheat noodles, and crushed up tortilla chips to top it when it was finished. Excellent!

This was wonderfull, I have a VERY picky 3 year old who just loved it, I made this with Turkey meat and regular Velveeta, I also only used 1/2 lb of cheese. It was great!!! Will definately make again. Great for the kids, and the husband.

leave the nacho cheese taste to nachos- not good with pasta.

This was very easy to make and my kids loved it. I decided to try it since I don't like mac and cheese, and I was amazed at how good and easy it was. Highly recommend for kids.

This was GREAT, although mine did turn out a bit like lead, even though I added extra salsa and water. Did use rotini pasta. Next time I would use less cheese. (I always sub Kraft American Cheese Singles for the Velveeta to cut down on the sodium.) This is SUPER SIMPLE AND VERY TASTY. The texture needs some work, however...

Don't use too much of the Velveeta! The next time I make this I think I will use 1/2 lb. of cheese.

I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor! Amazingly my picky husband loved this as well! Finally something we all agree on!
