My Mom and I made this years ago for my nieces and nephews. I think it's great to see it again. It's so easy and looks so good. I have grown children and I will make this again this year.

I have made this bunny cake for 30+ years, since my children were young and now I make it for the grandchildren. They love it and I love to make it. I put tinted pink coconut on the ears.

My mom had done this when I was a child for Easter, and it's one of my favorite childhood memories about Easter. So I continued the tradition with my family, my kids love this, it's EASY to do, and it makes a klutz cake decorator like me look very good!

Not only was this recipe easy, but it was fun to create. I used the twislers as the whiskars, but I substituted my favorite candy for the bow tie and eyes. This bunny is simple to put together, and the decoration possibilies are endless.

I have made this many times and it is a hit everytime! I have used both frosting and cool whip just depends on what you like. I also use shredded white chocolate instead of coconut.
