The whole family pitched in to make this bunny cake. It was fairly simple and we all had a great time, especially my 2 year old daughter. This will definitely be an Easter tradition for our family.

This is a great recipe and the kids love it. To add some flavor to the cake, try the Jello gelatin (or pudding) poke method before frosting and decorating the cake. Use your favorite Jello flavor and be sure to refrigerate the cake. Tastes great!

I have been making this bunny cake for over 30 years in different variations, since my youngest son was born(3/29/72)I don't remember where I first got the recipe, I think out of a Sunday newspaper supplement. Now I am making it for his son, our grandson at Easter. Kids love it!!

My 13 year old son made this cake for a 4-H bake sale. It was one of the first things to sell and the 4-H club got $15 for the cake.

My birthday is in April, so I usually make this cake for myself...especially if it's close to Easter! I also teach kindergarten and my classes are always excited to see this cake!! I've been making this cake for @ least 25 years and it's ALWAYS a hit...
