Wow, this is still around? I've been making this since my niece and nephew were little, about 35 years. I use M&Ms for the tie & eyes, frosting for the other features. You can color the coconut pink for the ears by putting a couple drops of food coloring in a container with the coconut and shaking it. Sometimes I make side sheet cake for the "Easter eggs" with green colored coconut for grass, spreading speckled malt candy eggs around for the "hunting ground." Or use the peanut M&Ms. Kids love it, as do the adults. Use other molds and you can make hills, and add marshmallow chicks & bunnies.
