I have made these several times. I add 1 t cinnamon and 1 diced fine apple. I also make a simple glaze for the top, 1/2 c powdered sugar 1/2 t cinnamon and 1 T buttermilk. Everyone at church asked me for this recipe after I served them.

These were pretty good. Not great, but they are healthy, so what can you expect? They were rather moist and I enjoyed the few that had raisins in them. I'd recommend the recipe if you're not expecting a muffin that's really fatty or has tons of flavor.

Pretty yummy- could use a little more flavor (next time I will add some more fruit or nuts).

They were kind of bland so I added some Splenda, Cinnamin and some Craisins. They were good after that.

Very good! I like to eat them with applesauce or butter on top. Next time I might try adding blueberries.

These look like they have a lot of texture and flavor.

I really liked these muffins. They're so easy, and they make a great low-calorie snack. They aren't as sweet as you might expect them to be, but they taste great with a little butter.

I accidently made this again. Forgot I tried it once. It is horrible. I don't know if I did something wrong. I am not a great baker. All I could taste was the baking powder. Needs sweetness.
