Loved this recipe , been looking for a recipe like this for about a year now , we were served something similar at the Hollwood & Vine in Walt Disney World and I have been searching ever since . This ended my search it measured up to the standards of what we were served there .

I love this recipe. However, I use 1/2 of the sour cream and butter recommended. Although it turns out a bit drier and crumbly with less sour cream & butter, it is still great and easy!

Very good, but needs a bit more zip. Next time I will add hot peppers or some bell peppers to it.

I altered after I realized it needed a bit more flavor. Add 3-4 tbsp brown sugar and use sweet corn instead. Very tasty...

This was pretty good. Not quite as much flavor as I would like. Probably would add some spices next time.
