Fluffy Cheesecake recipe
Whipped topping gives this cherry-topped no-bake cheesecake its amazing height. Fluffy? Yes. But it's sure to dominate the dessert table.

This is my mother's favorite no-bake recipe. I recently tried it using Splenda instead of sugar and it turned out beautifully. Would be excellent for a last minute party or dinner...

I have also added one can of crushed pineapple, drained very well to the recipe. It is a light fruity pie that is a crowd pleaser.

This cheesecake was delicious and was very light and fluffy unlike most cheesecakes. It was also one of the easiest desserts i have ever made.

This is a real no-brainer recipe, I have made it several times. You can double it for large holidays and gatherings. If you want it a little more dense with a stronger flavor just use a little less coolwhip. It's also easy to layer using your favorite fruit ,pie filling ! The variation options are only as limited as your imagination *smile*

This was okay, but didn't have the strong cheesecake flavor I was hoping for. But then we added some strawberries on top and it was really good! Definitely easy to make.

Love, Love, Love this recipe! Light and delicious! I make a couple of these for every holiday and family gathering. Cherry pie filling for topping makes it more grand. Give it a try you will not be disappointed.

I made this recipe thinking that I would not life it. But it was pretty good. I thought that the cream cheese would be overpowering but after you let it settle it mixes in with the cool whip. So, I thought that it was pretty good.
