STOVE TOP One-Dish Chicken Bake recipe

Comfort food gets even cozier when stuffing is involved. Add chicken and sour cream and you've got a piping-hot reason to run, not walk, to the table.

Very simple to make and very good for a rainy day. Had everything in the pantry already. I cooked it in a pre-heated oven for 45 min. to make sure the chicken was cooked through.

Very quick and easy to make. Kind of mushy, but good with Cornbread Stovetop stuffing mix.

It was really good. Bought a cooked chicken in store and cut it up and used that, quick and easy!

I made this last night for my husband and I, and it was very good but you really need to double the chicken. I didn't have enough thawed out before I realized that, but I added a bag of frozen veggies as suggested to full up the bottom of the dish more, and it tasted great. Next time I will use double the chicken called for, and will probably still add veggies. I know it was good because my husband asked me to save that recipe :)

Myself and my family thought this recipe was very tasty. I am happy to say that I used pre-cooked canned chicken. I don't know why I would want to spend time cutting up uncooked chicken. Next time I would use 3 1 lb. cans although the recipe only calls for 1-1.5 lbs of chicken. I used 2 lbs. this time and it barely covered the bottom of the pan. Overall a very good, easy to make recipe and the ingredients aren't prohibitively costly.

We liked this recipe, it is not something that we would eat all the time, but it was good.
