I have always loved this very simple snack. I actually like to use the midget dill pickles and slice them so they are in circles. I have never used garden vegetable cream cheese, just regular cream cheese but definetly will try it!

I'm making these this weekend for a KY Derby party. I'm going to wrap them in tortilla's. should be pretty tasty

I use sweet ham like honey ham and dill pickles, and then regular cream cheese. We get the ham from the deli and get it thick cut!! It makes it much easier to spread the cream cheese! Also always pat dry the ham with a paper towel to make spreading easier as well.

I think I may try skinless cucumbers next! Overall very tasty and surprisingly filling!

I've made these for years using cream cheese mixed with original Mrs. Dash. I use whole small kosher dills and both ham and turkey. Both sides of the family now expect them at gatherings. My niece wanted them at her wedding reception.

I make these a lot. I use cream cheese with chives and I also add a slice of cheese.

I tried this recipe with a variety of different lunch meats and different flavored pickle slices. My family and friends had a fit over them.
