I made this desert at my moms the day before Thanksgiving & the next day when it was time for desert I noticed 1 was gone.My mom told me it looked & smelled so good when I was making it she could'nt wait till Thanksgiving day! I will definatly make this again,only doudle the recipe!!!

My husband loved this recipe and that is saying something. So did I! I also sent it on to my daughters. It is awesome. I also used fat free milk because of my husband and it still was wonderful. I do not sub on cool whip or butter. It is still good to have some fat in your diet. Also, it is very easy to make. The hardest part is waiting to eat the mousse. It is delicious!!!!!!!

I substituted sugar-free pudding and Cool-Whip Free, this made it very compatible with my diabetes diet. Thank you!

another serving option is to delete the pecans and serve with one or two Gingersnap cookies..... its heavenly!

Have made a version of this recipe for years. Very fast to prepare and easy. Every fall I make pecan praline crunch and use that for toping. will try your version next.
