VELVEETA® Cheesy Beef Stroganoff

I made this for my husband and myself and we loved it! I read the other reviews and made a few changes. I only used 1/2 pound of beef since we are on a tight budget and increased the noodles to half a bag. I read that there were problems with noodles cooking so I added an extra 1-1/2 cups water and cooked the noodles for 10 min. When they were finished I drained out the extra water I had put in. I also added 1/4 tsp. parsley and a little bit of milk (about 1/4 cup) to create the consistency I wanted. It turned out great!!

This was just "ok", and I doubt it will become a regular at my table. It's a good way to use up a small amount of ground beef and you could easily substitute left over mac 'n cheese but it just needs something more in the flavor department.

Pretty good. Perfect for week night. Quick and easy.

I loved this dish as did the rest of my family.The fact that I was able to mske it in less than an hour was a blessing to me since I have three kids under the age of six!

Too thick and cheesy. Even added sour cream and milk. Next time will make with much less cheese.

My family enjoyed this recipe. I added more sauce and noodles though.
