VELVEETA® Cheesy Beef Stroganoff

This was a good and fast recipe that my whole family loved! I changed a few things to fit what I had in the pantry, and I cooked the noodles seperately. I didn't have cream of mushroom soup so I used cream of cheddar and added milk to make it creamy. I also sprinkled beefy onion soup mix in the hamburger as it was browning to give it some flavor. It was fabulous!

I added some peas and some sour cream. I cut back on the velvetta because I didn't want the flavor to over power the meat.

We like cheese, so I added a can of cheddar cheese soup, and a 1/2 cup of milk. Also added 2 full tablespoons of sour cream and a small can of tomato bits.

I will add additional soup next time so its not so dry. The taste was delicious.

This is a quick and easy recipe that everyone loves. I used the mild Mexican Velveeta to give it a little more flavor.

I didn't care for it too much.

My family loves this recipe. I try to keep everything on hand so that when I need something quick I can whip up this casserole!!

This is wonderful dish. It's so quick and easy and even my picky toddlers enjoy it. It's also very easy on the grocery budget.
