This is one of my husband's favorite recipes. It is excellent on a cold night. It warms up nicely for leftovers, too!

This was very good. My husband loved it. I found the sauce a little too cheesy so I would just cut back the Velveeta to 4 or 5 ounces instead of 8. I don't feel it really added that much to the sauce anyway. But otherwise this was a very good very FAST stroganoff!

i have made this several times. I add more noodles though b/c we like lots of noodles. This time I use 4 cups of egg noodle dumplings & added 1/2 cup water.

We LOVE this! I use the "beefy mushroom" soup instead and add a couple tablespoons of sour cream. It's absolutely delish. If it were more healthy I would make it more often because they ask for it at least once a week.

This was so good! One of my friends told me how great it was, so I tried it. The whole family loved it, even the toddler! I am not a fan of mushrooms, but this was wonderful!! I did cook the noodles a little longer (and also added about 3/4 C. of extra water). My husband doesn't like anything crunchy, so I wanted to make sure the noodles were done. I will be making this again, and again! Thanks!

Very simple, very delicious. I do find I need to increase the amount of water to cook the noodles, though.

Family loved this recipe. Followed it exact except for 1 cup of the water I used a cup of 1% milk and I omitted the pepper. My 7-year-old thought I should have put some peas in it so I may try that next time. Everyone like it and it is so quick and easy!

Simple and easy, and the filling would be good with a variety. Rice, potato, macaroni would all work well.

Was quick and easy. I will probably cook the noodles separate next time. They didn't get as done as they needed to be.
