If you like the classic hearty beef stroganoff, you're gonna love this. Delectably melty VELVEETA takes this saucy dish to a whole new level.

This was a really quick and easy dinner recipe for during the week. Make sure to keep an eye on it though, and add a little extra water as needed to help cook the noodles.

Very easy & very good! I did season my meat while cooking. Other than that I followed the recipe exact. My son ate 2 huge helpings & even my picky eater ate a large helping! This is a keeper!

My family loves this. However I did not have the cream of mushroom soup the second time i made it, so I used cream of celery soup and I liked it better. We all did.

I make this all the time. I pretty much double the recipe and add sour cream, onion and garlic. I don't double the cheese. I do add about a cup of milk to the cream of mushroom soup. It's great the next day too, it usually tastes better after it sits in the fridge overnight.

We referred to this dish as "sludge". It had a very artificial taste, from the soup and the velveeta. I think it needed some milk or something to thin it out just a bit, and to dilute the velveeta/mushroom soup flavors.

My husband absolutely loved this, because of this we seem to have it at least once a week.

It's a great recipe. I've had some trouble with the cheese being too thick or too thin but regardless my fiance still can't get enough. I do substitute venison steak for the ground beef and it's great!

Easy to make and great for kids and nights when you need something fast. I made it with whole wheat egg noodles and ground turkey. I would really like to add mushrooms, onions and sourcream next time!!!
