If you like the classic hearty beef stroganoff, you're gonna love this. Delectably melty VELVEETA takes this saucy dish to a whole new level.

We referred to this dish as "sludge". It had a very artificial taste, from the soup and the velveeta. I think it needed some milk or something to thin it out just a bit, and to dilute the velveeta/mushroom soup flavors.

My husband absolutely loved this, because of this we seem to have it at least once a week.

It's a great recipe. I've had some trouble with the cheese being too thick or too thin but regardless my fiance still can't get enough. I do substitute venison steak for the ground beef and it's great!

Easy to make and great for kids and nights when you need something fast. I made it with whole wheat egg noodles and ground turkey. I would really like to add mushrooms, onions and sourcream next time!!!

About 1/2 to 1 cup sour cream added some really good taste to this.

I wanted a 'base" recipe. I used the ground beef and noodles, but added 1 package of brown gravy mix when I added the noodles. Then omited the cheese and used cream of celery soup and 8 oz. of sour cream. It was really good, although cream of mushroom might of been better.
