This is a great recipe. My whole family loves it. Try it with chopped red peppers or chives for a nice change.

My picky 4 yr old ate it and did not complain! That's a bonus. Although, I did add more seasoning to it by sautee garlic in butter then added onion salt while browning the meat.

I doubled the recipe and used shells , low-fat velveeta, ground turkey and low sodium mushrooom soup. My family loved it. The kids asked to have it fixed again.
