Great recipe! My variation: Put in fresh mushrooms & onion while browing the ground beef. Instead of 2 cups of water - 1 cup water, 1 cup milk. Added 1/2 c. of sour cream with chives. Husband & daughter loved it as much as I did. Mixed in some fresh green beans & this was a yummy meal. Thanks Kraft!

This was a wonderful dish. Quick and easy. I did substitute cream of onion soup for the cream of mushroom soup since I do not like mushrooms. My daughter and neighbor loved it and it will be passed along to others.

Very easy to make and very good. Very cheesy, you hardly taste the mushroom soup. Great with green beans on the side.

sauteed some onion and garlic, then also added some red wine. A loaf of garlic bread and nobody will be hungry! Add mushrooms if you like. for those who don't like cream of mushroom soup, try cream of celery.

Much more quick and easy is to use Velveta shells and cheese, hamburger or ground turkey and half a cup of sour cream...your choice of fat free or not. Same thing and tastes much better and is more creamy

My 10yearold daughter picked this out. SOLID base, NEEDS modification. Switched with Ground Turkey, 2% Velveeta, 98% FF Soup. Sauteed red onion & garlic, reduced with red wine, add soup. Dash Seasoned salt, garlic powder, Worcestershire to water, plus 1/3 cup FF milk. After all blended, added 1 cup Plain NonFat Yogurt, for lightened texture & creaminess. Will make this again!

This recipe tasted good the first couple of bites but then became way to rich and sticky once it cooled down. If I made this recipe again I would cut down on the Velveeta and add some milk.
