We were in a rush, so after coating the chicken, I trimmed it to regular lengths, then stir fried the chicken, kept it warn then stir fried a big batch if fresh veg, when nearly done, placed chicken back in wok, gave it a few more minutes and served, tasted great

I have a large family. So I took 6 large breast and halved them in butterfly cuts. I used a gallon size Ziploc for a shake bag. It took 4x the ingredients listed to make it. but I separated each batch so it would cover properly. Turned out perfectly. Only thing is the seasoning was mild. I added extra seasonings to the last batch and it was perfect nice and moist. my family loved it:) thanks

Made this last night and it did stay crispy on top, underside was a little soggy, but it didn't have much flavor at all! I think my chicken breast might have been too large. I might try again with smaller breast. But for now I did not like this......very bland!

Very easy to make. Good and crispy. We use it on a bed of thinly sliced romaine lettuce as a chicken ceasar salad. I make it at least twice a month if not more. Good meal for a hot summer night.

I used cracker crumbs instead of bread crumbs and added cheese to the top of the chicken after adding sauce over it. It was excellent. My husband isn't too keen on trying new things but he enjoyed it as well.

I made this meal for my boys and they love it. So i did not have a chance to stop by the store but i was determined to make this meal. I did not have bread crumbs but i did have Ranch flavored croutons and i crushed those and used them as bread crumbs and the meal was delicious the boys love it. My boys are 14 and 2yrs old. I would make this meal at least twice a month.

Finally - a baked chicken that turned out crispy. It tasted delious and was perfectly crispy. I have struggled in getting baked itmes cripsy but this was perfect.

Amazing. I was looking for a quick and easy dinner and although I thought that this looked like a simple'shake n bake' recipe, I figured I'd give it a shot. My kids (1 & 4) ate a ridiculous amount of chicken-- delicious!

Tastes is great. I used Italian bread crumbs. Everything else the same. I cut the breasts into quarters before coating. Makes serving size more manageable.
