This ia a favorite recipe at our house as we are pretty plain eaters. My husband likes to put Sweet & Sour sauce on his after it is served. (He doesn't count calories.)

It was perfectly crispy and cheesy. The seasoning is just right. Great flavor. Very easy to make.

Excellent! This may be my favorite recipe. I served this with roasted potatoes and fresh salad. I did substitute cracker crumbs for the dry bread crumbs.

Thursday night cooking club made this. We added mozarella chees, spaghetti sauce and noodles to make it more "Chicken Parmesan." It was very tasty.

I enjoyed the meal very much it was so easy to make and very affordable. I had most of the ingredients in my home. The carbs were very low which is good since I am diabetic.
