Excellent! This may be my favorite recipe. I served this with roasted potatoes and fresh salad. I did substitute cracker crumbs for the dry bread crumbs.
Thursday night cooking club made this. We added mozarella chees, spaghetti sauce and noodles to make it more "Chicken Parmesan." It was very tasty.
I enjoyed the meal very much it was so easy to make and very affordable. I had most of the ingredients in my home. The carbs were very low which is good since I am diabetic.
So good! Everyone loved it, even the picky 5 year old.

I use Kraft Parmasean & Romano cheese (excellent for other uses as well). Instead of paprika, substituted Grill Mates chicken seasoning. Alternative: hv lightly browned in non-stick pan w/sm amt of olive oil, then finish cooking on lower heat. May next try on outdoor grill.
Actually, I have made this many times (even before the recipe was printed). I add either granulated garlic or garlic powder to the crumbs and cheese. It is YUMMY served with pasta and fresh tomato/basil sauce! Healthy too!
I loved it but I did change some things I used garlic butter or infused olive oil also 1 time I ground up some spiced almonds with my plain bread crumbs. Actually I make it alittle different almost everytime my husband and kids all love it and can't wait to see what I'll do next. They all have thier favorites too so if you do experiment don't forget to write down the fav's or you might never get it the same again--has happened a few times.
Super Easy. To add a little bit more flavor I drizzles with lemon juice after and served with buttered noodles....HUGE HIT!!!!!
