This recipe was so easy and so good. I baked at 350°F for 50 minutes because I was also making potatoes. Chicken was crispy on the outside but nice and juicy within. TYVM for this tasty and easy recipe.

This was yummy! Not as crispy as I thought it would be but I may try using egg instead of butter next time. Definitely a keeper!

Superb!! No complaints whatsoever, and the whole family loves it! Used the coating on Tilapia and it worked wonderfully for that, too!
