This was a very easy, yet yummy recipe. My husband, who doesn't really care for parmasean, really like it. The chicken breasts were also very moist and tender. I am fixing it again tonight!

Instead of using whole breast, I cut into strips about l inch wide and baked at 400 degrees in the oven. Whole breast always are too dry when baked. This chicken fingers (as I call them) are delicious with honey mustard dip. Make at least 3 or 4 times a month.

My 2 year old and 4 year old love chicken prepared this way. I cut the chicken breast into small strips to make them kid-sized.

Very quick and easy. I really enjoyed this recipe topped with a little marinara sauce and a sprinkle of mozzerella cheese for a quick and tasty chicken parmesan served with whole wheat pasta and side salad. Wonderful!

I pounded the chicken first to make it thinner and tender. It was a big hit!
