Really good white chocolate flavor and the cranberries add sweatness
This was so easy to make!I made this for a cookie exchange and everyone loved it!! The recipe makes ALOT...perfect for sharing!!
I made this recipe for a company lunch. I didn't have any butter so I used butter flavored shortening instead of butter. My husband told me not to forget this recipe and everyone at work raved about them. I also used bread flour, because I didn't have any AP flour either. I wasn't very prepared to bake, but the substitutions worked out great.
I had to add another 1/4 cup of flour the first batch spread out thin. These taste better right out of the oven. Not as tasty a few days later.
AMAZING! I made this cookie for our annual holiday cookie exchange and it was a hit! This cookie is delicious and easy to make. I will definitly be making this cookie again and sharing the recipe with family and friends!
I really like these cookies! I only gave it 3 stars however, because this did NOT make 6 dozen! I only got about 3 dozen. Maybe my cookies were too big, but I dropped by teaspoonfuls onto the cookie sheet as directed.
Make an excellent holiday present because they are delicious and have an unique flavor. Best of all though - one batch makes many cookies!
I made these cookies today and they were fantastic! I substituted the Bakers White Chocolate for a bag of white chocolate chips and they turned out GREAT. I will be making another batch for the holidays, and many times after that.
Cookies are excellent! Everyone that has had one loved it! I used one bag of white chocolate chips instead of the Baker's squares. May use a little less cranberrys and chips though next time as it was almost overwhelming to the cookie but does make it packed with flavor! Either way you will not be dissapointed!
This recipe sounds very easy to make & know I'd be making these cookies whenever I needed too. My husband is a cooky eater & I, occasionally eat 1 or 2. I wouldn't put cranberries or chunky peanut butter in them, though. Know they'd be delicious! Am anxious to make a batch beings I have all the ingredients,on hand. My husband will be SO surprised!
