Took this recipe to a potluck, everyone was asking who made it. I ended up sharing the recipe with about 10 people... Easy and not expensive, I have also made it adding leftover chicken and it was great as a main dish!
Absolutely delicious! Added mixed veggies to the broccoli, and used 2/3 cup of milk, and 1/2 cup of regular mayo. The cheese creates a great texture with the stuffing, and the flavors blend together perfectly. Definitely a new favorite!
this was quit and easy and very tasty. my husband did not like broccoli but he actully liked this.
My husband and I loved this recipe! I must admit I had to add raisins to this recipe as I do for all stuffing because my husband loves it. He asked me to make this recipe very soon again. It taste so good and will be made several times. Thank you Kraft kitchens!!
Nice compliment to a steak dinner.
This was very good and very different. We love stove-top and broccoli so this was great. I didn't like the cheese too much in there. But my son and my husband LOVED IT!
Absolutely wonderful! I use this to stuff acorn squash, and it's absolutely gorgeous served this way! Mary
This one is a real winner! The textures and flavors are wonderful. I took another cook's advice and used pork stuffing mix along with some frozen corn for color. The second time I made it I added some sausage, and it went from a side dish to a main course. My family loves it.
My 23 Yr old daughter made this for some friends and they loved it! We used pork stuffing mix and mixed veggies with brocolli, cauliflower, and carrots. We cut up the veggies into smaller pieces. We also added a handful of frozen corn to give it a bit of extra color. We used only 1/2 cup of mayonaisse and put an extra splash of 1% milk. The cheese added such a nice flavor.
I have made this twice as a side dish for dinner. My family loved it. Even my husband and son who do not like broccli ate it. I used chopped broccli instead of florets. It is great!!
