Yes, Virginia, there really was an Alfredo. Frankly, we think he’d love our version of his pasta dish. Like his, ours is simple yet spectacular.

Really good, easy and fast to prepare. Also good with chicken or shrimp.

My two favorite foods are pasta and cheese. This is one of the best recipes I have tried.

This was very good, I used 1 cup of milk because of the comments, I probably will increase that to 1 1/2 next time. Also, I sauteed some onions and ham and added them to the sauce. YUM! I will definately make this again.

Too much cream cheese was required. This cannot last for more than 1 day unless the sauce becomes too thick and the noodles clump together.

I found this to be a wonderful 'cheat' sauce!!! I altered the recipe adding 2 cloves pressed garlic, some fresh thyme, and for color and appearance a few chopped green onions (just the green part) and some fresh ground pepper! The add more milk comment was great, but you have to be careful and only add a little at a time to get the proper consistency. (I had to thicken it at the end with a sprinkle of flour.)

very nice pasta dish, i added garlic, chopped coriander and some scalions. it looked from a restaurant and tasted very good.
