Yes, Virginia, there really was an Alfredo. Frankly, we think he’d love our version of his pasta dish. Like his, ours is simple yet spectacular.

It was very easy to make, but tasted a little bland so I added chicken boullion & that made it even better.

This alfredo sauce was amazing. I used black pepper instead of white and used a little more garlic powder than asked for, but it was better than any alfredo sauce at the chain restaurants and it was so easy. Will make again.

My boyfriend made this for me last night and it was so good! He doesn't cook often and is not very good at it, but it was easy for him and it came out very good! I'm very proud of him :)

the flavor was excellent! however, the sauce was WAY too thick. i will definitely alter that next time, but overall a great flavor! i also added some shrimp and a little extra garlic as always!

Awesome! I added sautéed shrimp to the pasta mixture and served with steamed broccoli. I also used whole wheat fettucine. The nutmeg really gives the flavor more depth.

This was delicious. I used whole wheat penne instead of fettucine as it was all I had, skim milk, reduced fat parmesan cheese, fat free cream cheese, and brummel and brown (low fat butter substitute). I didn't use the nutmeg as the flavor was very good without. I've tried making other alfredos and this was the best so far.
