These pancakes are delicious and easy to make. I also love the fact that they're healthy. I added a dash of ground cinnamon to mine to give them a nice taste. I will definitely make these again.

I loved this recipe! I'm always looking for healthier alternatives to our favorites, and this one is great. My son and husband ate them up, and they are so moist and flavorful with the bananas in them we didn't even need butter or syrup on top. I have already made these again and will continue to make them!!

I haven't tried this recipe yet, but am excited to! I LOVE pancakes, but like to make them lower fat, & w/ no added sugar, so this recipe sounds like a good one for me! I also LOVE bananas, so I'm sure this recipe will be good. I will add 1 tsp. vanilla extract & 1 tsp. banana extract to the batter as well...and I will chop the bananas in pieces instead of slicing them. This will probably allow for more banana flavor throughout.

my children and i enjoyed these pancakes but i think i added too many bananas because the pancakes weren't throughoughly cooked through. great flavor though and pretty easy for home made

We doubled the recipe- there were 5 of us. We used 1/2 whole wheat flour and 1/2 all purpose flour. I was impressed with the flavor and texture. My girls ate it all up! I will make it again definately!

not too bad... as long as you don't mess with the pancake too much while it is cooking it holds together well. We put peanut butter on them instead of syrup and it was delicious!!

the pancakes were ok but the bannana i used was not fully ripened so maybe that affected the flavor.next time i will wait for the bannana to be ripe.

This recipe was very good. I love pancakes, and this is just about the first pancake i have found that is healthy. It tasted so good, i didnt even use syrup on ours. Thanks! Plus make sure you have oil in the pan so they don't fall apart, the mix may look watery but they turn out just fine.
