Fresh Banana Pancakes

Fresh Banana Pancakes recipe

Move over, boring pancakes. We pumped up the flavor with cinnamon, nutmeg and fresh banana. Plus, your family will never guess this breakfast delight is a smart choice, too.

I am on the weight watchers program so this fit in with my meal points. I did not have whole wheat flour on hand so I used regular flour instead, and I mashed the banana up instead of slicing it, which made you have more banana through out the entire pancake, this made it much better.

yummy! A great way to sneak in fruit and oats into my kids diets. They loved them! I would recommend lil more sugar and bananas and less cinnamon.

Excellent recipe! Subbed splenda for the sugar.

I made this recipe as part of a Sunday brunch, and it was yummy! I only made one change, and that was to use whole wheat flour instead of all-purpose, which gave them more texture, and of course more fiber, but they were still really good.

These pancakes are definately a breakfast treat. I halved the recipe because I was serving just two, and I mashed the banana first. They turned out perfectly and were very fast and easy to make. My 5 year old, however, thought they weren't sweet enough and added extra syrup. I might try using more sugar next time.

I wasn't a fan of the way the bananas turned out. Almost bitter. I probably won't make this recipe again.

They are a good healty option, but it tastes a bit like WW bread. Anyways it is good; bananas add a special taste to these. I added 1 tsp vanilla extract
