Easy Italian Pasta Casserole

Easy Italian Pasta Bake recipe

We call this pasta casserole "Italian," because it's cheesy with Parmesan and Mozzarella. And "easy" because it takes just 20 minutes to prepare.

I've been making this once or twice a month for about the past year and a half. It's quick, inexpensive, and filling. I usually add more cheese, and I've used boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-size pieces) instead of the beef. Sometimes, I add a can of diced tomatoes for texture and sometimes I mix a cup or so of shredded mozza into the sauce. A great recipe!

This is a quick and delicious dish! I used canned chicken instead of beef and I also use a whole jar of spaghetti sauce. My family loves it!

instead of using the cheese they recommended i used a cheddar jack cheese. it was so yummy....but i didn't use 1 1/2 cups like suggested. i just added as much cheese until it was covered all the way as if i was making baked spaghetti.

I got this done even faster than the recipe required. I used Kraft shredded pizza cheese on top and broiled it for a few minutes rather than baking it for 20 minutes, because everything was already heated except the cheese. It was so good. A great comfort food. Very flavorful.

Wow, very fast and comforting, too! DH asked if I would hang on to this recipe!! I used only one packet of Boca ground meat (it was more than enough) and a roasted red pepper marinara sauce for added flavor.

This recipe is delicious and easy! My whole family loved it! I used sausage instead of ground beef and lasagna sauce instead of spaghetti sauce. It will please every member of the family!
