Very easy to make. Very different from all the other recipes iI've made. It's a simple meal but it looks very elegant. Highly recommend!

This was so easy to make and my husband, who usually doesn't like chicken, loved it. I think the gravy over the top make the chicken quite moist. I will be making this again.

Excellent and elegant - without a lot of fuss! I used cream of mushroom soup and Emeril's original essence instead of the paprika - and it tasted great. Also, I baked the dish the night before so I wouldn't be rushed at dinner and it turned out wonderful. I will definately make this again!

I eliminated the milk and added a small container of sourcreme and a can of creme of mushroom the second time... tasted great both ways!

I used a can of gravy instead of the soup and it turned out beautifully! You don't need a starchy side-dish with this entree, the stuffing is very filling, I couldn't finish one servingof the chicken, never mind the mashed potatoes I made on the side. A light salad on the side would be plenty!

I have made this a couple of times. We love it. Just to give it something extra I added sauteed celery, onions, and mushrooms to the stuffing.

I wish there were a way to give the chicken a little more flavor. other than that, i liked it.
