I'd substitute the celery with zucchini and use chicken instead of shrimp

This was a very spicy dish that goes perfectly with the rice. I will certainly make this dish again.

Very yummy. I added a red pepper for extra flavor. I also used frozen, cooked shrimp and just tossed them in at the end. Leave out the first step with the flour and oil, it isn't necessary with a thick salsa.

This was awesome! My husband and I loved it. Great flavor. I added some red peppers too. And I seasoned the shrimp with oregano parsley pepper and garlic powders to give more flavor. It was great I will do it again.

So easy to make, and delicious! I added some crushed red pepper for added heat instead of hot sauce. For ease, I also used pre-cooked shrimp and tossed them in at the last minute. We will be having this dish a lot!!!!
