Excellent recipe! Very quick and easy to prepare, too. Even our kids enjoyed this! I did as one person suggested and added the lemon pepper instead of red pepper. Definitely will have this again.

I made this for a Sunday dinner with mixed veggies. I omitted the red pepper. my kids hate spicy food. I used fresh Haddock fish and my kids loved it and they hate fish. Next time I will put lemon juice in with the egg and lemon-pepper seasoning in the dry mixture and see how that tastes. I will definatley make this again.

It was this recipe that got my mother-in-law raving to everyone about what a great cook I am! I didn't tell her how easy it was. That was three years ago and I have kept it my secret ever since.

This is a great, easy dinner dish. It also works well with chicken.
