i made this for my family tonight they loved it i had mixed fresh veg and sesamie no fat crackers i am on here tonite making copys for everyone good good job

I made this with very litte effort and it taste great. I would not be afraid to make it again. thanks. I liked it also because it is no fat and I am on a diet.

Very good. I added grilled chicken to my dish.I like taking new dips to family get together and they loved it. I also plan on making this for Superbowl Sunday.

I have made it several times and nobody even knows it is low fat. Plus, it is easy to make.

The beans need to be Black Soy Beans (Eden brand for instance) for it to be really low carb and don't use the fat free stuff as it has more carbs than the regular. I will definitely make this using the low carb ingredients.
