it was really easy and my boyfiend reallylikedit. also i used low fat cream chesse for it and low fat sour cream.

I have made this recipe many times with one variation. I use equal amounts of Neufchatel Cheese and low-fat sour cream. The sour cream thins out the cheese enough you do not need to use a mixer, just stir.

My brother, who is a very finicky eater and does NOT like anything low-fat, ate this recipe like it was his last meal. I couldn't believe it - he asked me to keep the recipe and make it again. You will never miss the fat in this recipe - it is seriously amazing! (This coming from a southern girl who loves her things deep-fried!)

I couldn't believe how tasty this dip turned out to be! This was so easy to make ahead of time and pull out once company arrived! Highly recommended for those outdoor bbqs this summer!

Very easy and very good!!! I might use a little more cream cheese next time, but this dip was gone in a flash. I'm going to make 2 to bring to a Father's Day bbq. Might try adding the avocado too---great idea!
