Very very good!! I've made it several times for different occasions and everyone loved it. They called it a "mini taco salad" when served with dorrito scoops. PetraH Paradise, CA

Liked that this recipe used black beans rather than the usual refried beans. Cream cheese with taco seasoning was great. Served at a Bunko party was enjoyed by all! I added a few chopped tomatoes to the top to add a splash of color.

Only problem I have with this recipe is that it does not show a serving size. An important fact Diabetics neeed to stay healthy. The sodium count could be a little high. It was delicious however. Also a change up is I like to use dollups of Fat free sour cream on top instead of the Phillie cream cheese on the bottom.
