I loved it! I made it for a date and it was very good. I wanted to give it a southwestern taste, so I used the Southwestern Hash Browns and Mexican cheese. I gave it a good kick and was awesome! I really recommend this.

YES!! This was great! My husband looked at me crossed eyed before I cooked it; and then got 2 servings during dinner! My 3 year old asked for more hours later. Thats what I call a winner!! I added Turkey Bacon in and on top before cooking. It was so smooth and creamy.

I made this with hasbrowns that had peppers and onions in it already. I also crumbled plain potato chips on top for some crunch. Yummy - there was nothing left at the end of the meal :)

I thought using frozen hash browns wasn't a very good idea. Even though I had thawed them prior to baking, they were still sort of hard. Next time I'm going to try using regular, cubed potatoes and possibly baking it for an hour instead of 50 minutes like the recipe called for. Had a great flavor though!

Very easy and everyone loved it at our holiday celebration! I can't wait to try it again and add corn flakes and onions as others have suggested.
