Southwest Ranch Cheeseburgers recipe

Think Texas ranch, and the kind of burger that might feed the guys riding herd. Cheese, Ranch dressing, bacon, salsa and beef. You're gonna need napkins.

As a low carber, I nixed the roll and served this on a bed of salad greens with the cheese, bacon and dressing intact. Instead of salsa, I substituted some chopped, homegrown tomato! It was wonderful. Husband loved it, and it was so easy and quick to put together using frozen Angus burger patties. Took a total of about 10 minutes!

A tasty way to "dress up" a boring cheeseburger. I will definitely remember this when making burgers in the future!

The ranch dressing made this recipe great. I didn't have salsa but I don't think it would have made a difference. I'll definitely make it again!

There was nothing special about these burgers. My husband told me just to stick with regular burgers over these.

The best bacon-cheeseburger I ever had.

I made this with ground sirloin and added mashed avacado to the bottom bun. It was very good.

This recipe is one of the best burgers I have had in years! I love ranch and it really tops these burgers in excellence!!! You'll never want to make any other recipe again!

I didn't think that ranch dressing and salsa would go together. This recipe isn't that different from how I normally make bacon cheeseburgers.

This was one of the most excellent cheeseburger recipes I've ever made!!! Since I had VERY lean ground beef, I made 5 sandwiches, using 5 smaller French buns for the Kaiser rolls. Even though my sandwiches were smaller, for each one I did use 1 slice of Kraft American Cheese Singles, a scant 1 Tbs. Kraft Ranch dressing, a scant I Tbs. of a generic salsa, and subbed 2 slices of Louis Rich 65 per cent less fat bacon for the fattier kind. Spread the bottom bun halves with a bit of mayo before assembling. TRULY YUMMY!!!
