Southwest Ranch Cheeseburgers

Think Texas ranch, and the kind of burger that might feed the guys riding herd. Cheese, Ranch dressing, bacon, salsa and beef. You're gonna need napkins.

What You Need

lb. ground beef

KRAFT Big Slice Colby Jack Cheese Slices

kaiser rolls, split, toasted

slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked

1/4

cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing

1/4

cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa

Make It

SHAPE meat into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.

COOK in skillet on medium heat 7 to 9 min. on each side or until done (160°F). Top with cheese; cover. Cook 1 min or until cheese is melted.

FILL rolls with cheeseburgers; top with bacon, dressing and salsa.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with hot cooked corn on the cob and a mixed green salad tossed with KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing.

Use Your Grill

Heat grill to medium-high heat. Grill patties 4 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160°F). Continue as directed.

My entire family enjoyed this recipe. What I did was to use all 'light' products for the miracle whip, cheese, and used the cucumber ranch light done right dressing. We also put the salsa directly onto the hamberger and it was excellent !

I've made this recipe several times. My daughter loves it! And it's really easy. Great when you have 2 kids age 2 and under! :-)
