Instead of using a 12 inch pizza I used the smaller individual pizzas which were 6 inches each. I substitued a vegetarian cheese for the velvetta and it was one of the best things I've ever tasted! Great breakfast dish for the family and great for taking with you when you're on the run.
This was SO yummy! I made it for a family brunch and everyone loved it from the kids to the adults.
I made this for work, everyone liked it. I used a boboli pizza crust and left off the green onions.
I used mushrooms instead of tomato & onion due to picky eaters and pizza cheese instead of velveta. My 5 year old who loves pizza and hates eggs ate this quicker then I could serve the rest of the family and was asking for more!!!!! My husband LOVED it. I will defintly be making this again and again.
I used an english muffin for the crust it was very good.
Made this for Mother's day brunch. I added more vegetables and made one with just eggs and cheese for the picky kids in the family. It was a huge hit. Very easy, and I would make it again.
I made this for a women's group brunch. I added ham to the eggs and used red peppers instead of tomatoes. It was really good and everyone loved it. It was very popular.
My daughter doesn't like the veggies so I made half with just the eggs, cheese and bacon and the other half we added mushrooms to the original recipe. The crust was not as crispy as we like it but it could have been the type of crust we got. I will make this recipe again soon.
The whole family loves it. Great idea for a dinner or brunch!
Delicious!! I added this recipe to our "Family Favorite Recipes" recipe book. My husband LOVES this because he is a pizza lover. Instead of bacon, I use sausage and it's even better!
