Easy Stuffed Peppers

it was easy to make and something that i enjoy eating.

THIS KRAFT STUFFED BELL PEPPER RECIPE WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. IT WAS SO EASY TO MAKE. I HAD ALL THE INGREDIENTS HERE AT HOME FOR THIS GREAT MEAL.

This is similar to mine, except I add chopped celery to mine in place of mushrooms. Then I wrap each in plastic wrap and freeze them till I need them, then I nuke the for 10 mins on high.

Doesn't sound appealing enough to try.

i used white rice instaed of brown, but came out good, a little like stuffed peppers but not as hard to make.

This is not at all like the stuffed peppers I make. it takes just as long, but my stuffed peppers have hamberger in them with real rice, not instant, which is less expensive and I think better tasting, and I use tomato juice instead of spagehette sauce... which is cheaper as well. I love my stuffed peppers and believe that a main meal should enclude meat.

I havent made it yet ,but will this evening ,but sure looks to be good and best of all quick and simple.
