try adding two frozen (thawed ) bananas, it enhances the banana flavor and moisture. I add a half tsp of baking powder.

My husband LOVES this cake. He doesn't usually eat cake but this one he can eat all by himself. The only problem I have is when I cut it in half and try to frost it the sides crumble, it doesn't spread smoothly. This time I made it as cupcakes and it worked out great!

This is a family favorite. I get requests all the time for it. My son in law even had it for his grooms cake :) Really Delicious!

Only one word can describe this cake DELICIOUS!!!! I made it for my son's 9th Birthday and our guests could not stop eating it and complimenting the awsome flavors of this cake. I was hoping to have leftovers but no such luck. I'm making it again real soon.

I have made this cake twice & took it to my office. It was a big success & didn't last long! I made it in a bundt pan instead of a square pan. It is a very moist cake.
