Was very moist , easy to make but just ok. Not as good as my made from scratch recipe. I'll stick with that unless I am in a hurry!
Delicious surprise! Nice variation of the usual yellow cake mix. Good texture and flavor. Very happy with the way it turned out. I had fun making this recipe. The Philadelphia frosting nicely complements the taste of banana cake. Will definitely make again and again.
This recipe was fantastic. I have been looking for something other than banana bread to do with my over ripe bananas. This was it!
I made it for the third time tonight, my family loves it
Absolutely wonderful. The bananas are not overpowering and the cake is supermoist. Goes well with chocolate buttercream frosting also. I have made this cake several times and will continue to make it again. Great job Kraft Foods!!
great cake my kids ans friends love it. I made two in one week because they said they only got such a little piece.....
every one loved it. several comments that the icing was perfect for the cake. definitely will make again. nice to be able to make ahead and store in refridgerator.
I have made this cake twice in two weeks, once for a party at work and one for a 4th of July cookout and it was a hit at both parties. The recipe for the icing calls to melt the butter I recommend to just soften it. Everyone wants the recipe for this. It is a definite crowd pleaser.
Delicious! This is such an easy way to take a box cake and make it taste like it's home-made from scratch. I love the consistency. I substituted light sour cream, and used three medium bananas; which probably increased the banana to 1-1/2 cups. And I bought whipped cream cheese frosting. I bet peanut butter icing would be great too! Or maybe adding chocolate chips and serving with strawberries and vanilla ice cream to create a special banana split dessert. Mmmm.
I made this for a birthday party and it was a big hit, everyone wanted the recipe!! I frosted it with store bought buttercream and it was fabulous and easy!
