I made this for a party and it was a great success. I took the liberty of adding cashews.

This is a great "starter" recipe, now make it your own by improvising. I like to add sunflower seeds, or even water chestnuts for a little crunch. A friend of mine adds chinese rice noodles just before serving. This is always a great crowd pleaser!

I really like this salad! It's super quick and easy to make. The only changes I make are adding a bit more bacon and some raisens. I always underestimate how much broccoli I'll need and have to add more later, so I think "medium bunch of broccoli" is inaccurate.

THIS WAS GOOD AND EASY TO MAKE, BUT I HAD TO DOUBLE THE SAUCE. WASNT ENOUGHT TO COVER THE BROCCOLI. I ALSO ADDED A FEW DRIED CRANBERRIES FOR COLOR.

I added a 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds to this recipe. My husband loved it.

This recipe is very good, but if you really want to jazz it up add sunflower seeds and raisins. Even my kids eat it...

I really like this salad. I've made it twice, and it's SO easy to put together. If you aren't watching your calories TOO closely, it is quite tasty with a few more slices of bacon. I've tried it with turkey bacon. DELISH!
